275 K Settlement

$275,000 settlement on behalf of a client who suffered injuries in a motor vehicle collision!

We are excited to share another major win for one of our clients! Our personal injury team, led by attorney Keith Gentes, recently secured a $275,000 settlement for a client involved in a car accident who suffered non-surgical injuries.

Securing video surveillance of the intersection and having the responding officer testify at deposition were key to the success of the case. Using the video to illustrate who was at fault, the officer was able to analyze the gradual progression of the accident to definitively illustrate that liability for the accident belonged to the defendant.
