Brian Turner

Mr. Turner is an experienced litigator whose practice is focused on personal injury litigation.  His extensive courtroom experience, practical judgment, and comprehensive understanding of the legal and institutional considerations that shape complex disputes allow him to assess situations beyond a particular lawsuit or legal question. His approach considers not only the litigation exposure, but also the potential short and long-term implications of a legal strategy.  Throughout his practice, Mr. Turner has developed a reputation for addressing these matters with a measured but assertive approach.   He is comfortable handling cases involving complicated factual records, competing institutional interests, significant legal exposure, and issues that may attract heightened attention. His goal is not simply to identify the legal issue, but to develop a strategy that advances the client’s objectives while accounting for the broader circumstances in which the dispute exists.  Mr. Turner believes that a successful case requires more than identifying liability—it requires developing a compelling presentation of how an injury has affected every aspect of his client’s life.  He truly believes that we must give our clients a voice that clearly demonstrates both what happened and what was taken from them.

Mr. Turner is a member of the Burlington County Bar Association, as well as the New Jersey State Municipal Prosecutors’ Association, and he also volunteers with the First Tee of Greater Philadelphia.

Mr. Turner who was born and raised in Camden, New Jersey, attended the Moorestown Friends School prior to receiving his B.A. from Rutgers University (Camden) in 2003 and his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law (Camden) in 2006.
