Our Attorneys

Brian E. Turner practices in the firm’s Government and Regulatory Affairs Department representing several county and municipal offices with respect to complex issues regarding their governmental responsibilities and liabilities. In addition to guidance on law and policy, he is a seasoned litigator having tried cases ranging from homicide to Federal 1983 actions and Title 59 matters in our state courts. Brian has also served as the Municipal Prosecutor for seven (7) townships within Burlington and Camden Counties and as the Chief Public Defender in the Atlantic City municipal court.

Mr. Turner is a member of the Burlington County Bar Association, as well as the New Jersey State Municipal Prosecutors’ Association, and he also volunteers with the First Tee of Greater Philadelphia.

Mr. Turner who was born and raised in Camden, New Jersey, attended the Moorestown Friends School prior to receiving his B.A. from Rutgers University (Camden) in 2003 and his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law (Camden) in 2006.
