Danielle Drew

Danielle Drew focuses her practice in employment law. She is a 2009 graduate of Temple Beasley School of Law where she was enrolled in the trial advocacy program including advanced trial advocacy. Ms. Drew is licensed to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania in both state and federal court. During law school Ms. Drew won many accolades including “best paper” for Introduction to I.P., “distinguished class performance” awarded 10 times, Dean’s Honor List four times, and was awarded the Jack M. and Freida Golden graduation prize for legal research and writing. During law school Ms. Drew gained practical experience through a clinical with the U.S. Attorney’s office in federal criminal prosecution, worked as a summer intern in her 1L year for The Honorable Petrese Tucker, USDC, Eastern District of PA, and served as a summer clerk in her 2L year for the Commerce Court, Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Following law school, Ms. Drew performed multiple pro bono assignments and was listed on the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas’ pro bono roll of honor for three different years.

In addition, following law school, Ms. Drew was an intern in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas’ Complex Litigation Center where she reviewed summary judgment motions for The Honorable Sandra Mazer Moss. She also worked as a volunteer ADA (assistant district attorney) for several months in the Philadelphia D.A.’s office where she gained real-world experience as an ADA.

Ms. Drew has a wealth of practice experience in many areas of law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey and has worked on a wide variety of case types including employment law. She is additionally experienced in personal injury law, medical malpractice law, insurance defense, criminal law, contract law, real estate matters, commercial lease negotiation, child abuse cases, and more. Ms. Drew is a strong advocate for her clients and strives to obtain the best possible results in every case. Ms. Drew is an experienced attorney who has represented clients in mediations, arbitrations, multiple hearings and depositions, and settlements. She also excels in all areas of legal research and writing including motion practice and trial preparation. She has also worked on cases on appeal.

Ms. Drew is an animal lover and animal rescue advocate, She has fostered and found permanent, loving homes for two puppies who needed to be saved from a high-kill shelter in NYC.
