GOVERNMENT ATTORNEY DAVID SERLIN JOINS MALAMUT’S GOVERNMENT AND REGULATORY AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT

Cherry Hill, NJ – Malamut & Associates, LLC (“Malamut”) announces David Serlin, Esq. has joined the firm.

After experiencing record growth in recent years, Malamut is expanding its Government and Regulatory Affairs Department with the strategic addition of seasoned municipal, school board, and housing authority attorney, David Serlin.

“We are excited to welcome David. His experience and knowledge complement our statewide government and regulatory affairs attorneys and allow us to continue creating better opportunities to serve the needs of our diverse public entity clients,” remarks Managing Partner Adam Malamut.

Prior to joining Malamut & Associates, Mr. Serlin spent his career as a solo practitioner specializing in all facets of municipal government, land use, education, and public housing. He currently serves as municipal attorney for the Township of Burlington and Borough of Pemberton; planning board attorney for the Township of Eastampton; school board attorney for the Burlington Township Board of Education; and attorney for the Housing Authority of the City of Burlington, Housing Authority of the City of Beverly, and Housing Authority of the Township of Florence.

Mr. Serlin practices out of Malamut’s Cherry Hill Office in its Government and Regulatory Affairs Department. He is a graduate of Boston University and received his J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.
