James Grace

Attorney James Grace focuses his practice on local government matters. For over twenty years, Mr. Grace has been practicing law and representing municipalities and authorities as both solicitor and labor counsel. He has represented public entities in many counties in central and southern New Jersey including Middlesex, Monmouth, Mercer, Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Salem, and Cumberland Counties. Mr. Grace is a seasoned litigator with additional experience in the areas of civil and criminal litigation; wills, trusts, and probate; and real estate acquisition and development.

Mr. Grace practices out of MalamutLaw’s Cherry Hill Office. He holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in criminal justice from Stockton University and earned his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and New York.
