Our Attorneys

Bringing over a decade of personal injury and jury trial experience, Scott joined the firm in 2020 to represent accident victims.  He has obtained many millions in settlements and jury verdicts for Malamut Law clients to date.  He handles car wrecks, trucking disasters, slip/trip and falls, Uber/Lyft accidents, dog attacks, medical malpractice, construction accidents, and products liability cases.

Prior to joining Malamut Law, Scott spent over a decade working at a large Philadelphia-based insurance defense law firm.  He learned under some of the best insurance trial lawyers in the business and now he uses the insurance companies’ own playbook against them.  He knows all the tricks insurance companies play, and he is ready to go on the offensive and beat them at their own game. Scott has tried dozens of jury trials in his career consistently obtaining favorable verdicts for his clients.

Scott received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, cum laude, from Drexel University and his J.D., with honors, from Rutgers School of Law-Camden. He lives in South Jersey with his two sons who are both active in soccer and wrestling.

Scott is admitted to practice in the states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Scott is a member of the Camden County Bar Association, the Burlington County Bar Association, the Philadelphia Bar Association, the New Jersey Association of Justice, and the American Association of Justice.
