Sophia Agostini focuses her practice on Government and Regulatory Affairs. She brings a strong foundation in administrative law and compliance.

After spending two years as a summer associate with MalamutLaw, Ms. Agostini has meaningful experience advising public agencies and municipalities on a range of legal matters. During her tenure with Malamut, she made significant contributions to the Government and Regulatory Affairs Department, demonstrating strong legal acumen and commitment to client service.

Ms. Agostini returned to the firm after completing a clerkship with the Honorable Sarah Beth Johnson in Atlantic County Vicinage I, Civil Division. Ms. Agostini earned her J.D., cum laude, from Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where she was the Editor-in-Chief of the Drexel Law Review and the recipient of the Faculty Award for Contributions to the Intellectual Life of the Law School. Ms. Agostini was also a Dean’s Scholar, a member of the Student Bar Association, a fellow for the Marshall Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project, and an intern to the Honorable Robert B. Kugler. She received her B.S., summa cum laude, from Rowan University.

Ms. Agostini is licensed to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and works out of MalamutLaw’s Cherry Hill office.
