Adam Malamut Named to Million Dollar Advocates Forum

For over fifteen years, Adam S. Malamut has been providing his clients in the state of New Jersey with high quality legal representation in both Civil and Criminal practice. He has defended those accused of financial crimes and fraud, official misconduct and organized crime as well as providing litigation expertise in personal injury, medical malpractice, work injuries and other important cases. He has received numerous commendations and recognitions over the years, and most recently has been named a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, one of the most prestigious associations of trial attorneys in the country. The Million Dollar Advocates Forum has a limited membership that is restricted to only those who have won million and multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements on behalf of their clients.  Fewer than one percent of all attorneys in the United States achieve this distinction, and being named to such an elite group represents a remarkable achievement.  Once a lawyer is admitted into the forum they are not only recognized by their peers but are given access to a national network of elite attorneys for the purpose of professional referrals, legal assistance and the exchange of information. In addition to membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, Mr. Malamut has also been included among the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 based upon peer nominations, third-party research and an extensive reviews process; was named a Top Attorney by SJ Magazine in 2011, 2012 and 2014 based upon a poll of other attorneys in the state of New Jersey; was recognized as an Awesome Attorney by South Jersey Magazine in 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014, and was named one of South Jersey Magazine’s Men of the Year in 2012 based upon both his professional accomplishments and his contributions to the community. In addition to his responsibilities as Managing Partner within the law firm, Mr. Malamut serves as the Municipal Public Defender for the Township of Mount Holly, New Jersey. He is admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court of New Jersey and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Away from his law practice he is active in a number of organizations, including sitting on the Board of Trustees of the Boys & Girls Club of Camden County, as well as serving on the Executive Board Committee as its Immediate Past President.
