Our Attorneys

Margaret E. McHugh was admitted to practice law in New Jersey in 2019. Prior to joining MalamutLaw, Maggie clerked for the Honorable Aimee R. Belgard, P.J. Civil Division in Burlington County. Maggie also served as a Court trained mediator in the Burlington Vicinage handling disputes in Special Civil and Landlord-Tenant matters.

Ms. McHugh received her juris doctor from Rutgers School of Law – Camden location in 2018. While in law school, Maggie worked in the Child and Family Advocacy Clinic from August 2017 to May 2018 representing clients on behalf of the Office of the Law Guardian. She was an Assistant Managing Editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion and was published in the Journal’s 19th volume. Maggie participated in the James R. Hunter Advanced Moot Court Competition. Maggie received her B.A. from Rutgers, The State University in New Brunswick with a major in History.
